In Finland, most of the business funding duties and duties related to structural funds carried out by the centres for economic development, transport and the environment have been assigned to four regional centres of economic development, transport and the environment. In Western Finland, these duties are handled by the Central Finland Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. Although administration is handled centrally, all the centres for economic development, transport and the environment still have experts in these matters. National advisory service: Funding for SMEs – Ask experts for advice

The advisory service offers help to small and medium-sized enterprises in questions concerning funding, internationalisation and competence development. The service is available weekdays from 9.00 to 15.00.
