Work in programmes co-funded by the EU is based on projects, which can be small, large, local, regional, national or even cross-border projects.
Tens of thousands of different EU projects have already been implemented in Finland over the programming periods. As a result, project competence has increased in many imple-menter organisations. However, to be able to renew itself and keep up with the develop-ment of society, project work constantly needs new implementers and fresh points of view. Different needs and problems requiring solving emerge constantly and the most creative solutions are noticed – a large number of successful products and services originating from Finland have also spread globally with the help of funding from the EU.
Below, you will find a more detailed discussion of the project activities in the Innovation and skills in Finland 2021–2027 programme.
